2012 Fish A Ree & Vintage Snowmobile Show February 11-12, 2012 Townsend Town Hall
It was a cold windy weekend in Townsend but a big crowd turned out both days for the 37th Annual Fish A Ree held at the Townsend Town Hall. Those who came were treated to meat raffles, vintage snowmobiles and great music as well as food and drinks. Thanks to all the local businesses who supplied prizes, sold raffle tickets or came to the event. Thanks also to the club members who worked all weekend and to the hundreds of visitors and area residents who attended. All proceeds from the event will go back into our trail program.

Huge crowds came both Saturday and Sunday to the Fish A Ree. Thanks to all who came and all those who worked so hard to make this event a success.

Winner of the Aaron Rodgers/Clay Matthews Super Bowl Victory print donated by Packer photographer Jim Biever was Marge Janesch of Mike's Supermarket, Townsend shown with club president John Brantmeier. Mike's is a strong supporter of Red Arrow and supplied the meat for event raffles.
Club Board of Director Ron Popp is shown with our barrel of raffle tickets. Ron personally sold over $800.00 of tickets. Thanks Ron for a job well done!!
Weekend Prize Winners Winner of our First Prize from Forest TV & Appliance was Ed Kubiak of Tinley Park, IL. The 2nd prize quilt made by Carol Renteria was won by Al Leblanl and Perry Bore of Townsend won the gun from Pintsch's Hardware. $100.00 gift certificates from Lakewood Super Valu, Mike's Supermarket, Barb's Valley Inn and Sunset Bar & Grill were won by Ann Hagmayer, Brenda Rahde, Lonnie Pries and George Huolihan. The $50.00 gas cards from Townsend Shell were won by Katie Pintsch, Bill Stock, Dan Mauer and Jerry Wesenberg. The Packer autographed football went to Jenny Balfantz and the two Super Bowl victory prints donated by Packer photographer Jim Biever went to Connie Marx (team photo) and Marge Janesch (Rodgers/Matthews). The $100.00 largest fish award went to Rick Hendrickson with a 5# 0oz northern. Other fish award winners were Allan Dobbs, Troy Eisner, Bob Kroll, Deb Franzen & Brynlea Hoffman.
